Emily’s Grandfather & BAGFAVE

Known affectionately as Uncle Du, Emily’s grandfather was a dedicated Chinese leather craftsman. Despite the economic hardships of his youth, he persevered, honing his skills through countless hours of drawing, cutting, sewing, and assembling. His resilience and craftsmanship led to the creation of his handcraft workshop—BAGFAVE. Local customers admired his dedication and pursuit of quality.

Our Brand Mission

Inspired by her grandfather, Emily developed a passion for handmade leather goods early on. “From a young age, I believed that those who work for what they love and bring joy to others through their efforts are the happiest people in the world.”

Her grandfather taught her that true happiness comes not from what we acquire for ourselves but from what we offer others. He embodied these values throughout his life. Emily strives to continue this legacy, expressing the true meaning of life through her work.

BAGFAVE’s Extension

After university, Emily worked in handbag design before founding “MSN STUDIO” with two friends passionate about handmade bags. Realizing the market was saturated with styles but lacking truly handmade, practical, and extraordinary pieces, Emily decided to create her own brand.

Thus, BAGFAVE was born—a tribute to her grandfather’s legacy and her own love for craftsmanship. BAGFAVE represents not only Emily’s passion but also the values her grandfather upheld. The brand focuses on crafting beautiful, functional handbags, crossbody bags, and backpacks, as well as fashion bags for business, daily life, dating, and travel.
