Returns and Refunds
Applicability of Returns and Refunds:
You may return items for the following reasons:
- Wrong order or item(s) sent by us
- Damaged item(s)
- Defective item(s) or items with quality issues
Please note that returns are not accepted for final sale items, including customized items, except in cases of quality problems.
Time Limit for Accepting Returns:
We offer a 14-day return policy. You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return. To be eligible, items must be in new, unworn, and unused condition, with all tags attached, and in their original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Exchanges:
We only exchange products that are damaged, incorrect, the wrong size, or defective. If you need to request an exchange, please contact us at [email protected].
Restocking Fee:
We do not charge a restocking fee for returns.
Return Shipping Fee:
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect, damaged, or defective items). In such cases, we will cover the return shipping fee.
Action Required by the Customer:
- Do not return items to the original shipping address. Please contact customer service to confirm the correct return address before sending your return.
- Returned items should be new, unworn, and in their original condition.
- Contact customer service to request return authorization and obtain return instructions.
Refund Processing Time:
Returns will be processed within 14 business days of receiving the item(s). You will receive an email notification once your return has been processed. Please note that it may take an additional 7-10 business days for the funds to be credited to your account, depending on your payment provider.
Handling Fees and Return Postage:
- No restocking fee is charged.
- For defective products (incorrect, damaged, or defective), there is no cost to the customer.
- For customer remorse (e.g., incorrect purchase, size issues, or change of mind), the customer is responsible for return postage.
